• Great vacuum and bags

  I purchased the eureka filter bags with the eureka upright Boss 4870GZ for my mom. She loves them both. The cord is really long on the vacuum which makes it easy to do several rooms at a time. She lives in a one level ranch so she does not have to go up steps with it, because she does find it a bit heavy. Beware the vacuum had to be assembled upon arrival. I live out of state and she had to get another relative to help her assemble it. The add never mentioned that small detail! Someone over 65 should not have to assemble a gift vacuum! I bought the Hoover Wind Tunnel 2 years ago, for myself and it's a peice of garbage. The lever to keep it upright broke, the attachments fall off the hose when in use and everthing gets tangled on the roller! I am thinking about purchasing the Eureka soon, for myself! I reccomend it.

  The bags worked fine, but the amount they charged for shipping is ridiculous! I tried to cancel the order before they shipped but wasn't allowed to do so. I will never order from this company again.

  Items came, but not as pictured nor described. Nowhere in the description does it state that the product is a GENERIC vacuum bag. I placed my order on the belief that it was a Eureka product and that it was as pictured. Would have purchased them at my local store, but they are constantly unavailable. Disappointed that the merchant chose to not advertise properly. I was given 3 "free" generic bags, but that doesn't make up for the lack of proper advertising.

  These were replacement bags for the Eureka Boss Smart Vac. Just like the bag supplied with the vacuum they fit and performed perfectly. At half the price of bags sold locally!

  I'm not sure what there is to say about a vacuum belt. My husband didn't have any trouble replacing our broken belt, and it seems to work fine.
  
  
• Beware of shipping costs

  The bags are fine, of course. However, I was charged shipping fees that were more than the cost of the bags. The free shipping that applied to the vacuum cleaner in the same order did not apply to the bags since it came from a different vendor. I worked it out with Amazon (as a credit on future purchase), but I still don't appreciate paying $10 for $4 worth of merchandise, nor do I appreciate taking time out of my day to try to straighten like this out.

  Since my daughter and I both own 4800 series Eureka vacuums I purchased 5 of these 3 in a pack bags totaling 15 bags altogether. They are the Eureka premium bags as advertised and are exactly what you got with your vacuum brand new. What's to say? They work!
