• Great case, but too big for Garmin Nuvi 765

  What I like about this case ... This case is a beautiful hard case. It's durable and great protection for my Garmin Nuvi 765 (which is a wide screen). The zipper works great. The straps inside are a plus because they hold the Garmin in place, preventing it from falling out when unzipping (as long as the Garmin doesn't slide too far to one side). There's also a mesh pocket inside that would be beneficial if you're carrying anything else inside the case.
  
  What I don't like about this case ... The case is much bigger than necessary for the Garmin Nuvi 765, which is a wide screen Garmin, about the same size as the other wide screen Garmins (250W, 260W, etc). The inside measurements of the case are approximately 6.25" x 4.25" x 1", and the Garmin Nuvi 765 measures approximately 4.75" x 2.95" x .75". This particular case shows no dimensions on the page you're ordering from, so I assumed it was a nice fit for the Nuvi 765 (they said it was specifically for the 765, etc). And since I want to carry the Garmin in my purse, the larger case is a problem. If you don't want to carry your Garmin in a purse and you have other items to put in the case with it, then this case may work for you. Otherwise, I recommend a smaller case. I'm going to order the case for the 250W, 260W, etc ... it's inside measurements are 5" x 3" x 1" ... it sounds perfect.
