This product is not worth $20 or even $1...They say they are providing 5 year warranty....but mine is already broken in less than 3 months. It used to get very warm from day 1 and it always made some sort of little noise..which is unheard of from AC-DC converters. Eventually I thrown it away on wall and broke it...bad investment!!

The item was never delivered. Numerous appearances at the postoffice and numerous messages to the dealer resulted in nothing. The dealer seems to believe that their responsibility ends with shipment whether or not it ever arrives. Customer service doesn't appear to actually read messages, they just send out standard answers that have little bearing on the problem. I will not do business with this company in the future and I am disappointed in Amazon. I will dispute the charge with my bank.
